Information - COVID UPDATE
Whilst 80% of deliveries are being delivered as scheduled - there are more delays than usual. This is due to additional COVID regulations now put in place and in increase in freight moving through our courier network. We advise to allow additional time between delivery and fitting so should a delay occur it does not lead to any cancelations of fitting services. We will send a dispatch email with tracking information once your order is shipped. All items are sent on an all day service and we are unfortunately unable to give out times. A link will be provided in your dispatch email to your local courier with a telephone number provided. They should be able to advise you on your day of delivery a rough estimate time. Due to the current COVID situation the welfare and safety of our customers and staff is highly important - therefore extra safety measures have been put in place. Contact Free Delivery Available - Leave a signed and dated note with instructions on where you would like your items leaving. No Signature Required - Drivers will keep a distance of 2m and use your name and may take a photo of delivered items as proof of delivery. Social Distancing - All departments are operating at a distance of 2m+ apart wherever possible.We would like to wish all of our customers the best during this unprecedented time and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service possible.
- We will require a contact telephone number in order to arrange delivery.
- We aim to dispatch your carpet within 1 - 2 working days once your order is complete and payment confirmed, however given the size of the product please allow up to a full working week for delivery. Once despatched usual delivery time is next day.
- If you purchase your carpet on a weekend your order will be processed first thing Monday.
- Delivery slot is between 7am - 7pm on the given day of delivery
- If you require a specific day for delivery (excluding weekends), that's not next day please let us know and we will try to arrange it for you.
- You can choose your preferred delivery date during the checkout. Saturday delivery is available for £15 extra.
- Please choose the correct shipping option at checkout.
- We advise you not to book any fitting until you take receipt of the goods and are 100% happy with them.
- Delivery is with a one man courier service and is to the curb side, the driver may be able to help but no guarantees can be made that the carpet can be carried into your home. If you require assistance please call us and we may be able to provide an alternative service* (*charges may apply).
- If deliveries are missed due to no one at home or the person/s at home aren't able to assist the driver in getting the delivery items somewhere safe it's then the driver's duty to determine whether the delivery can be completed or not. If the delivery is missed or cannot be completed there is unfortunately a re-delivery charge that needs to be paid before material is re-dispatched. The re-delivery charge for failed deliveries is £15.
