Our fitting services are still available should you require them. We’re working with our third-party fitting teams to ensure they can work safely and are able to adhere to social distancing guidance in your homes.  Before any appointment, they will call ahead and confirm that both they and you, and any members of the household are well, that social distancing is possible during the fit and that both parties are comfortable to go ahead. You may be asked to vacate the room where the floor is being fitted, to open any internal doors along the journey to fitting and open windows where possible.  Our third-party fitting teams will have hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes and will wear the appropriate PPE during the appointment.

All products are now available for Click + Collect from both our Portsmouth Showroom and Chichester Warehouse via our website and telephone ordering system. We have put in place a strict procedure to follow for both our staffs safety and customers safety.

Before collecting your order, you will be required to pre-arrange a date and time to collect your order. You can advise us on a day and time slot you would prefer. 

A member of staff will greet you on your arrival. Please note face-coverings must be worn at all times unless you are medical exempt. 

Please have your order reference available to quote on arrival. Our employees will direct you to your goods for you to load into your vehicle. Once you have loaded your goods, we will ask you to provide verbal confirmation that you have received your items and are happy for our employee to sign the collection paperwork on your behalf. 

Please note we will be enforcing social distancing of at least 2m between customers and staff at all times. 

Whilst 80% of deliveries are being delivered as scheduled - there are more delays than usual. This is due to additional COVID regulations now put in place and in increase in freight moving through our courier network. We advise to allow additional time between delivery and fitting so should a delay occur it does not lead to any cancelations of fitting services. 

We will send a dispatch email with tracking information once your order is shipped. All items are sent on an all day service and we are unfortunately unable to give out times. A link will be provided in your dispatch email to your local courier with a telephone number provided. They should be able to advise you on your day of delivery a rough estimate time. 

We have been experiencing some  technical issues with our phone system. If you are unable to get through please email us and we will assist you as quickly as we are able to.

Due to the current COVID situation the welfare and safety of our customers and staff is highly important - therefore extra safety measures have been put in place. 

  • Contact Free Delivery Available. Leave a signed and dated note with instructions on where you would like your items leaving.
  • No Signature Required. Drivers will keep a distance of 2m and use your name and may take a photo of delivered items as proof of delivery.
  • Social Distancing. All departments are operating at a distance of 2m+ apart wherever possible.We would like to wish all of our customers the best during this unprecedented time and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service possible.
